  • We’re the first permanent jewelry company to have an inclusive warranty which covers your linx up to 60 days. One replacement is included and all rewelds are free during this time period. You must bring your linx piece into our store for rewelds or replacements. Book a reweld here!

    Jewelry purchased from outside of Alinx is not covered.

    No refunds once the jewelry is cut to size and serviced on by our Linx Artists. If you bring it in to recycle, we’ll give you a 15% discount on a new piece.

    Note for out-of state customers only: If out of state, please email us within 60 days with images and a description of the issue. You then have 365 days from the original booking to come in for an appointment.

    Note for lost jewelry: We do not cover lost linx or jewelry.

  • Our selection ranges from 14k-24k solid gold, gold-filled, and sterling silver linx.

    The higher karat of gold indicates a higher purity. Higher karats, such as 24k, are more valuable, but will be a little softer than lower karat golds(14k), making it less resistant to scrapes and scratches.

  • Our prices vary based on the type of the Linx selected. The current range is between $65 - $220+. Visit our gallery or Instagram for images of our jewelry.

  • Not at all - fusing the pieces takes a few seconds! Depending on the piece, watch the zap(s) happen and you’re done! It’s actually quite fun!

  • TSA -Travelers can wear real jewelry through airport security without any issues or removal needed.

    MRIs - you might be required to remove your chain if it’s ferrous metal, like stainless steel. You can test this by seeing if your chain sticks to a magnet.

    If you need to remove your pieces for any surgery, let us know and we can reweld.

  • Definitely - If you need to remove the chain for any reason, you can use scissors! if you wish to get it welded back on later, bring it in and we can reweld it for you. If you bring it in to recycle, we’ll give you a 10% discount on a new piece.

  • Only on an as-needed basis to keep it shining bright!

    To clean, we recommend using a blend of warm water with dish soap, and VERY gently using a baby toothbrush to remove any debris or build-up. Pat dry. A polishing cloth can be used to keep your linx shiny on a regular basis.

    We also recommend avoiding chemicals or lotions around the area of your linx to maintain the longevity of your piece.

  • Bracelets and anklets make the most sense and are most sustainable. We also do rings and hand chains, which are fitted on body, but welded off body.

    Contact us for other custom pieces- necklaces and rings.

  • It’s perfectly normal! Occasionally, the natural oils on our skin can interact with gold, resulting in marks either on our skin or on the gold itself. Factors like our diet, exposure to chemicals or lotions, and even post-workout sweat can contribute to this discoloration. Fortunately, you can easily remove it using a gentle polishing cloth. If that doesn’t do the trick, reach out to us!

  • Each chain is tested in-house and ensured that they withstand our daily routines.

    Our linx are covered for 60-days by warranty. One replacement is included and all rewelds are free during the warranty period. You must bring your linx piece into our store for rewelds or replacements.

    After the warrenty period has expired, we can still reweld for a small fee. Book a reweld here!

    Although we hope these pieces last forever, permanent does not equal invincible. It is still fine jewelry.
